What we need you to bring to the table:

Experience as a senior consultant with responsibility for delivering significant structural efficiency, organisational review & reform, process improvement or procurement projects,
 ideally with public sector clients
Experience in developing business solutions & in working with client executives in an advisory capacity
Proven ability to research, analyse & write proposals & reports for an executive audience
Quantitative & qualitative research skills, including experience in analyzing and synthesizing both primary & secondary data
Experience planning & managing resources to handle multiple tasks with fluid priorities & challenging deadlines
Proven skills in workshop facilitation, team collaboration & client relationship management
Experience in identifying & leveraging business opportunities & creating sales

Review month-end account reconciliations & reporting
Preparation of yearly / half yearly statutory accounts

Perform budgeting, forecasting & variance analysis
Preparation of month end management packs inclusive of commentary on Brand & Group performance

Your Profile
The successful candidate will posses the following skills

CA/CPA qualified with minimum 5 years’ experience in a Senior Accounting / Business Performance role
A strong foundation from a large management consulting firm is required
Understanding & experience with consolidation, AIFRS & adjustments required to satisfy IFRS
Experience in retail, FMCG or manufacturing will be highly desirable, but not required
Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
Possess strong discipline and high level of accuracy
Exceptional time management and organisational skills
Advanced excel skills

Director, Digital Marketing

Description

We are searching for a seasoned, digital marketing leader who is passionate about leading a team in ideating and executing best in class digital marketing campaigns and programs - including online advertising, web experience and social media engagement. 
The Director, Digital Marketing will develop strategies and implement programs for the Texas Crowdfunding Group (TCG) and I ancillary service affiliates.

 that creates interest and demand for TCGs  products by:  
increasing TCGs awareness with end users; positioning TCG as the leader in its segment and the partner of choice; generating preference and demand from users for the group's solutions; and providing sales-ready leads to our sales teams and partners.
The successful candidate will also serve as a key strategic partner on Digital Marketing strategy to TCG's Growth organization, which is responsible for driving key growth across TCG operating companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Providing dynamic and entrepreneurial leadership on digital strategy by:
Performing analysis to identify value creating opportunities, creating business cases and developing the requirements to implement the strategy.
Defining and executing website concept, including structure, content, and tone.
Providing marketing solutions through website(s), driving traffic (PPC, SEO, online advertising), email marketing programs and social media programs.

Qualifications

Candidates should have a solid track record for developing and leading high performing teams, global digital programs, and oversight of creative and social agencies. Additionally, the successful candidate will have:

Ideal Qualifications and Experience:
A Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) in business, marketing, communication or related field
5+ years of experience within a mid-to-large size company responsible for setting and executing digital marketing strategies. Global experience, particularly experience in high growth markets (HGM) preferred.
Ability to envision an organization and to drive the recruiting and on-boarding of hired digital marketing associates.
A combination of B2B (lead generation) and B2C (E-commerce) digital marketing experience, preferred.

Strong technical competence and functional knowledge, including:
Demonstrated experience driving results through each of the following digital marketing channels: 
Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Search & Display, Social Media, and Email. 
A proven ability to set-up and effectively utilize leading digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, etc.) to identify and report on insights important to driving the business.
An understanding of and experience working with supporting digital marketing technologies such as CMS, marketing automation and e-commerce platforms.

Experience utilizing databases such as ELOQUA or Marketo

An understanding of what it takes to successfully go through a company website redesign process (design and development).
Business acumen and the ability to quickly understand OpCo specific strategies and engage in furthering these online.
